What should i do if my led strip can not work?
1.Please confirm you have aligned all the arrows at the interface connect part ( include all arrows on LED strip, controller cord, white connector cord)
2.Try to connect the different end of the led strip.
Remote can not work?
Normally package doesn't include CR2025 battery. you need to prepare it by yourself!
How to Cut the Strip?
Our led strip can be cut 6 times per meter, about 16-17cm in length. There are yellow marks on our led strip to indicate the position of cutting. The width of the led strip is 10mm.
